The Impact Mentor Training is a Mercedes-Benz Corporate Citizenship initiative, delivered by The DO School. It prepares you to support and guide young changemakers and projects working to empower communities and preserve a healthy planet. Completing the course certifies you to apply as a mentor for beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship. Beyond that, you can also use these skills to volunteer for other social impact initiatives globally and locally as well as to become a better mentor in the workplace. Make an impact!

Details

  • The Impact Mentor Training course starts in early January 2024. Exclusive pre-registration is possible until October 31, 2023 before new registrations open in early November.
  • Language requirement: The training is conducted in English. Thus, a conversational level of English language competency is required.
  • 1,200 spaces are available in the 2024 training course.
  • Open to all employees in the countries where beVisioneers operates in 2024: India, Kenya, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Uganda, United Kingdom, USA, and all EU countries. 
  • Time commitment: Five hours overall (3 hours live sessions, approx. 2 hours on demand content).
  • Program completion: Every participant has to attend two live sessions and consume the on demand content in order to complete the training.
  • Admission: Admissions will be on a first come, first served basis within three designated geographic areas based on the timezones where learners are based: Africa & Europe, North America and South & East Asia.
