journey that benefits you, our company, society and
beyond. In under five hours, you'll become an
Impact Mentor, with key new skills for your future. And if you decide to mentor young innovators, the benefits only grow!

The Impact Mentor Training course starts in early January 2027.

Language requirement: The training is conducted in
English. Thus, a conversational level of English language
competency is required.

Open to all employees in all Mercedes-Benz countries except China and Taiwan, China. bV countries might differ.


Time commitment: Few hours overall (3 hours live
sessions, approx. 1 hour of core on demand content and additional optional content).

Program completion: Every participant has to attend two
live sessions and complete the on-demand content in order
to finish the training.

Admission: Admissions will be on a first-come, first-served 
basis.
