The Impact Mentor Training course starts in early January 2026.
Language requirement: The training is conducted in English. Thus, a conversational level of English language competency is required.
Open to all employees in all Mercedes-Benz countries except China and Taiwan, China. bV countries might differ.
Time commitment: Few hours overall (3 hours live sessions, approx. 1 hour of core on demand content and additional optional content).
Program completion: Every participant has to attend two live sessions and complete the on-demand content in order to finish the training.
Admission: Admissions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
